Espresso Simple Syrup

Ingredients

-1 cup water

-1 cup white sugar

-1 Table Spoon Instant Espresso Powder

Throw everything in a sauce pot and simmer on medium heat until sugar is melted. Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool, and store in a closed container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
